Delete your Equator account

This public page lets you request deletion even if you no longer have the mobile app. You may also delete from the app under Settings → Delete account.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account and profile
  • Your listings, store catalog, and saved items
  • Your conversations and messages
  • Your addresses, payout setup, and active marketplace requests

Limited retention

Completed transaction facts are retained only when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations. Personal contact details and reusable account identifiers are removed from those retained records.
